There is a chance of Rainfall over Northwestern (Districts: Rajshahi, Bogura, Joypurhat, Noagaon, Natore, Chapanawabganj, Pabna, Sirajganj, Rangpur, Dinajpur, Gaibandha, Kurigram, Lalmonirhat, Nilphamari, Panchagarh, Thakurgaon), Northeastern ( Districts: Kishoreganj, Netrokona, Sylhet, Habiganj, Moulavibazar, Sunamganj) As well as some part of Central (Districts: Gazipur, Manikganj,  Narsingdi, Tangail, Mymensingh, Jamalpur, Sherpur, Brahmanbaria,) regions of Bangladesh on 16 to 18 February, 2019 (attached the rainfall status) with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country.

Therefore,  it is advised for close observation on disease incidences on the standing crops (specially wheat) and also apply  recommended fungicides to control the diseases.
